Is coaching an inflationary term? Certainly.
I get the impression that the market is oversaturated with advice and instructions on what to do, how to move and how to look whilst doing it, what should be filed on your desk and so on.
So what is different about working with me? I listen intently, observe closely.

My career has always been characterized by passionate work with large as well as small teams, by dealing with organisations of experts and corporations, in essence: working with individuals in order to overcome their respective challenges.
During my many years working on film and TV productions, I was involved in all structural and organisational processes. I also played a major role in shaping some of the creative undertakings. Later as a self employed casting director and acting coach, I was tasked with the search for ideal cast members, both nationally and internationally. Later, I would help them reach their full potential.
A wonderful job!
As a systemic coach I am focused on identifying demand and then supporting and strengthening it.
We humans love stories, we need them. For through stories we convey our worlds, values, intentions, …our Why.
There is much to be done there. And I am ecstatic to do it.
